Chris has been involved in various projects that include providing development advice from Sports and Leisure developments, Iconic Tower projects, Affordable Housing projects, Transit Oriented Developments, Healthcare and Education and Waterfront Urban Living Communities collectively covering an area in excess of over 1 billion square metres. He has worked on the Real Estate Strategy for Dubai’s Expo 2020. Chris is passionate about bringing more tangibility and transparency to the Real Estate Asset Class across geographies to allow investors to make more fact based and informed decisions. This democratizing of real estate, an asset class, with the highest entry barriers is something that has yet to be fully realized through technology.
Chris along with his business partner Wim Van Asch have challenged the norm of what one needs to analyse in Real Estate Investments. They both founded Exprovise Technology in the DIFC which aims to address this specific niche……..Initially at a city level followed by most of the relevant parts of the planet. @ University he studied….Economics, Sociology, Psychology and Hospitality Management and……..In the Real World when he was 17 years old, he founded a chocolate manufacturing business. This business went onto produce over two tonnes of chocolate. This experience gave him first hand insight into the importance of an obsession over customer satisfaction, quality, business development, motivation of a team of employees and profitability at a very young age. When not pouring over the attributes of a real estate potential investment, Chris loves to trek in the countryside across Europe, North America and spend quality time with his kids ( trying hard ) to impress upon them the fun, excitement, freedom to be whatever you want to be and the associated challenges of entrepreneurship.
